MAKE YOURSELF PART OF THE GERMAN MARKET, NOT ONLY A VISITOR.
Law Life Economics
Only if you are part of something, you can get the rewards offered by it. You seek to establish or improve your companies or your position in Germany? You are interested to invest in or acquire a German enterprise?
I am happy to explain, train and educate you and team up with you.
My approach to resolve your goal
«Know the law, understand companies and work with people» is the philosophy of my approach to success in general but even more so for Germany as your targeted economy and Germans as fellow people. I don't sell a concept, I offer experience. Since I was 18, I have been self-employed and not only started my career as an attorney but successfully founded venues during my time at university. I kept to this while practising as an attorney. I choosed to never work for a biglaw firm. Still, I successfully represented German clients in Sweden, Italy, Wales, Thailand, China, Russia, and Armenia — the same goes for Suisse and Austria, of course. Furthermore, I had the privilege to support and advise Swedish, British, US- and Spanish companies in Germany. My path made me an accomplished negotiator, sales-person and entrepreneurial-coded attorney, bringing my ideas into profit in my own right. Asking my clients it is fair for me to say: I did make a difference for my clients up to today. Only after that proof of my walk along what I talk I took the courage to begin training, sparring and educating leaders, business owners and outstanding personalities. If caught up in their hidden agendas as well as the hidden rules and customs of Germany, some trust me with overcoming such issues. Others bear with my stubbornness to thrive in one of the world's wealthiest economies and, as such as well, society of hers. You cannot change what you don't know. It really is that simple.
So, if you think it may be a smart move to do business in Germany, to put effort into understanding the economies written and Society-driven codes, rules and customs, drop me some lines. Making some significant effort to understand the before mentioned context will grant you opportunities to readjust your strategies. You even may find your own and your company's excellence accepted and respected throughout.
My code of conduct regarding the coaching and consulting foreign clients
I am a highly accomplished native German communicator and thats the end of it - language-wise. Thus I do not advertise my services which concern utmost personal, intimate aspects even, to foreign clients.
I strongly believe this to be a question of responsible, professional advisorism. Our mother language is the first and foremost source to express our feelings, our take of anything bothering us. Be it good or bad alike. At least that is my perception of language as a tool.
The same goes for all cultural aspects which are determined where you grew up, how you fared in your childhood and what cultural circumstances had impacts. This is not about me not being absolutely open und thrilled to learn about any foreign culture - quite the contrary.
This is strictly about being a professional advisor. As such I deem it highly irregular to advise clients on a personal level while lacking a deep, embedded understanding of their heritage, language and influences. If you seek advise on personal matters I am honored to very openly discuss any angle of me as your consultant or coach. Nevertheless it is nothing I feel comfortable to proactively advertising such services to a broad clientele.
